भारत में Semiconductor Industry से Jobs और Business Opportunities कैसे बढ़ सकती हैं?

आज के डिजिटल युग में Semiconductor यानी छोटे-छोटे electronic chips लगभग हर आधुनिक technology का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं। Smartphone, automobile, telecom equipment, medical devices, satellites और electronic products में इनका इस्तेमाल होता है। भारत में semiconductor manufacturing के साथ-साथ chip design, packaging, testing और supply chain का ecosystem विकसित करने पर भी काम हो रहा है। सितंबर 2026 में SEMICON India 2026 का आयोजन भी इसी बढ़ते ecosystem को सामने लाने के लिए किया गया। भारत के लिए इसका एक बड़ा फायदा नौकरी के नए अवसर हो सकते हैं। Semiconductor industry में केवल chip बनाने वाले engineers की जरूरत नहीं होती। Chip design, semiconductor testing, equipment maintenance, quality control, electronics manufacturing, research और technical support जैसे कई क्षेत्रों में professionals की आवश्यकता होती है। सरकार के अनुसार 2026 में semiconductor ecosystem से जुड़े projects और supply chain के विस्तार से direct के साथ-साथ indirect employment के अवसर भी बन सकते हैं।

किन Jobs की मांग बढ़ सकती है?

Semiconductor sector में Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Semiconductor Technology और संबंधित engineering backgrounds वाले युवाओं के लिए opportunities बन सकती हैं। इसके अलावा Chip Design Engineer, VLSI Engineer, Verification Engineer, Semiconductor Test Engineer, Process Engineer, Equipment Engineer और Quality Engineer जैसे roles महत्वपूर्ण हो सकते हैं। लेकिन अवसर केवल engineers तक सीमित नहीं रहेंगे। Semiconductor manufacturing के आसपास logistics, procurement, maintenance, technical sales, documentation, operations और supply-chain management जैसी नौकरियां भी विकसित हो सकती हैं। यानी इस industry का प्रभाव केवल factory तक सीमित नहीं रहता, बल्कि उसके आसपास एक बड़ा business ecosystem तैयार हो सकता है।

Students के लिए क्या अवसर हैं?

Semiconductor industry के बढ़ने के साथ skilled talent की जरूरत भी बढ़ेगी। भारत में semiconductor education और training पर भी जोर दिया जा रहा है। सरकारी जानकारी के अनुसार Chips to Startup (C2S) initiative के तहत 68,000 से अधिक students को training दी जा चुकी है और 500 से ज्यादा engineering colleges में semiconductor-related curriculum अपनाया गया है। इसका मतलब यह है कि students केवल traditional degree पर निर्भर रहने के बजाय VLSI, embedded systems, electronics design, semiconductor testing और related technical skills सीखकर इस emerging sector के लिए खुद को तैयार कर सकते हैं।

Business के लिए कहाँ अवसर हैं?

Semiconductor industry में business opportunities केवल बड़ी multinational companies के लिए नहीं हैं। इसके आसपास छोटे और medium businesses के लिए भी supply-chain opportunities बन सकती हैं। Electronics components, testing equipment, industrial services, packaging-related solutions, logistics, maintenance और specialized technical services जैसे क्षेत्रों में नए businesses विकसित हो सकते हैं। इसके अलावा chip design startups के लिए भी अवसर मौजूद हैं। भारत की Design Linked Incentive (DLI) scheme domestic startups और companies को semiconductor IP, ASIC, SoC और अन्य chip-related designs विकसित करने के लिए support देती है। मार्च 2026 तक 24 chip-design projects approve होने और 103 fabless chip-design companies को infrastructure access मिलने की जानकारी सरकार ने दी थी।

आगे क्या बदल सकता है?

भारत अब केवल electronics products की assembly तक सीमित ecosystem बनाने के बजाय chip design से लेकर manufacturing, packaging, testing, materials और equipment तक पूरी value chain विकसित करने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहा है। जुलाई 2026 में approved Semicon 2.0 का कुल outlay ₹1,27,500 करोड़ है और इसमें design, R&D, machines and materials, fabs, talent तथा ATMP/OSAT जैसे क्षेत्रों पर focus किया गया है। इसलिए आने वाले वर्षों में semiconductor sector भारत के युवाओं के लिए नई technical jobs, startups और supply-chain businesses का एक महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र बन सकता है। हालांकि इन अवसरों का लाभ लेने के लिए केवल degree नहीं, बल्कि industry-relevant skills, practical training और लगातार learning भी महत्वपूर्ण होगी।
